Brown Leaf Tea Bar
This Ceremonial Grade Matcha is finely ground powder of the shade-grown gyokuro tea leaves. The finest young leaves are plucked and laid out flat to dry. Veins are removed and carefully ground in granite mills until they become a powder.
Ingredients: green tea (powdered)
1 teaspoon tea in 8 ounces water
170 degrees F
Wisk until smooth and a layer of foam is present
